I want to clarify a couple of points on the Butler/Freenor litigation – most of what was awarded by the court will repay the insurance company for out of pocket expenses (We paid a deductible of $10,000) Also Mr. Butler has filed an appeal. Every time the park is sued it amounts to each and every one of us being sued. It is all the rest of us (our money) that must pay the deductible. If Mr. Butler loses the appeal – he may be liable for additional costs.
